ORDER AGREEMENT/AUTHORIZATION: Genée Fonseca/Hum TC Services, Inc. enters into this agreement, and shall remain throughout the term of the agreement, as an independent service provider. In consideration for the services to be performed by Genée Fonseca/Hum TC Services, Inc. Agent agrees to pay the sum of Six Hundred and Forty-Nine Dollars ($649.00) per transaction, and per side ($1298 if representing both sides). Plus, any add-on Fees (see Price Page). Upon closing, escrow is authorized to deduct payment for services performed by Genée Fonseca/Hum TC Services, Inc. from the proceeds of broker commission check, made payable to: Hum TC Services This agreement serves as an authorization for escrow to pay Genée Fonseca/Hum TC Services, Inc. upon close of escrow. Genée Fonseca/Hum TC Services, Inc. will send an invoice to the escrow company. The Agent & Broker agree to hereby indemnify and hold harmless Genée Fonseca (Hum TC Services, Inc.) and all their employees from any and all claims that may arise out of and in the course of the performance of the Agent’s duties here under. Genée Fonseca (Hum TC Services, Inc.), its subcontractors, or any affiliated parties shall not be held liable for errors including but not limited to typographical, email, publishing, print, and copy/paste. Agent assumes responsibility for all information relayed regarding clients, property, tax information, property descriptions; written and assumed, and will be ultimately responsible to review all content for accuracy. Let it be known that Genée Fonseca, CEO of Hum TC Services, Inc. is not a licensed Broker and will not perform any duties requiring licensure in any state, including but not limited to negotiations, legal communication, and any other function under law, and reserves the right to refuse performance of any duties deemed questionable, illegal, or otherwise unethical.
